2、et visits are slightly down vs usual visitation.Christmas markets were the most popular event with Consumers being open to experimentation with seasonal offerings.Hot Topic(Prognosis for 2025):Consumer eating and drinking out habits look stable for this year with consumers unlikely to change their t

3、ypical habits.However,there are a portion of consumers who are looking for healthier options and local options.Hot Topic(Dry January):Dry January has seen an increase in participation compared to the previous year,however those participating are less likely to visit the On Premise.Providing an oppor

4、tunity for consumers to experiment with no/low alternatives,with consumers most likely to have tried Mocktails,no/low beer and wine out of all the no/low categories for the first time this January.Visitation Rate in January:Compared to last year January more consumers have visited the On Premise for

5、 drinks(+1pp)than for food(-3pp).However,consumers are going out more on a weekly basis whilst the monthly frequency is declining.Categories Drunk:While the most popular category in December was beer,Spirits have seen a consumption increase however arent in the top 5 of last drinks ordered.Wine,whil

6、st showing a poorer performance than last January,are showing great satisfaction rates across all criterias.Prognosis for February:Less consumers are planning to go out to the On-Premise for food and drinks during the next month,while consumers who are going out are planning to increase their visita
