1、复旦大学管理学院2023届全日制毕业生就业报告2023 FDSM Full-Time Graduates Employment Report2023年复旦大学管理学院共有全日制毕业生522名，其中39名为外籍学生，占比7.5%。所有毕业生中，全日制国际MBA毕业生94名，硕士生215名，本科生178名，以及博士生35名。根据复旦大学管理学院职业发展中心（CDO）的统计数据，79.5%的毕业生选择就业，12.1%的毕业生继续深造，1.3%的毕业生创业/自有企业。截止至毕业后3个月，毕业生收到工作邀约率为98.1%，整体就业率为97.7%，平均每个毕业生获得2.6个就业机会。所有数据与分析基于49

2、2名毕业生提供的有效回复，不包括25名DDIM和5名GMIM外籍学生，回复率100%。In the year of 2023,there are altogether 522 full-time students graduated from School of Management,Fudan University(FDSM).39 of them are international students,which accounts for 7.5%.Among all the graduates,94 graduated with MBA degrees,215 with Master de

3、grees,178 with Bachelor degrees and 35 with PhD degrees.According to the statistics of Career Development Office(CDO),79.5%of the graduates were seeking employment,12.1%were pursuing further education,and 1.3%were managing own business.Within 3 months after graduation,97.7%of the graduates have acce
