2、years with Baja Mining Corp.as Vice President,Project Devel-opment and Operations.I have been a shareholder of Commander for 7 years and look forward to guiding the continued success of our Company,sharing your vision of the opportunity that is available for our diversifed portfolio of projects.Id l

4、ofessional-ism,integrity and experience.Commanders mandate of diversifcation of commodities and leveraging of our portfolio of high quality assets was proven throughout the year with a number of transactions being completed:-An aggressive exploration program,funded by AngloGold Ashanti,was successfu

5、lly completed on the Companys wholly owned Bafn Island gold project in Nunavut.More than$6 million was spent on the property as we continue to advance our knowledge of the geology and structure of this very prospective region.We will be returning to Bafn Island this summer with a focused geophysical

6、 program to follow up on the encouraging results at Kanosak,and with a frst look at new properties acquired in 2009.-A deal to sell of up to 100%of the Orion Gold deposit through a share-equity deal with Maritime Resources Corp.culminated with the listing of Maritime in October.Drilling has now comm
