4、地科技股份有限公司（本公司）及其附屬公司（統稱 本集團）向股東報告截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度（本年度或 本期間）之年報。業績截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度，本集團錄得收益約人民幣140.3百萬元，較截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度的收益人民幣90.5百萬元增加約54.9%。本集團產品錄得毛利率約10.6%，而上一年度毛利率為約8.2%。本年度本公司擁有人應佔虧損由二零二二年虧損約人民幣140.5百萬元增至二零二三年虧損約人民幣811.4百萬元，較去年增加約477.5%，主要由於二零二三年終止確認金融負債之虧損約人民幣756.2百萬元（二零二二年：無）。截至二零二三年十二月三十一日

5、止年度，鞋履、服裝及其他銷售貢獻收益約為人民幣83.6百萬元（二零二二年：人民幣66.8百萬元）。截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度，面料銷售貢獻收益約為人民幣13.6百萬元（二零二二年：人民幣23.7百萬元）。完成收購新附屬公司後，本年度彈性織帶銷售的收益約為人民幣31.8百萬元。於本年度，本集團亦啟動數字營銷服務的新業務，該業務貢獻收益約為人民幣11.3百萬元。Dear Shareholders,On behalf of the Board of Directors of Moody Technology Holdings Limited(the“Company”)and its subs
