4、ould like to present the audited results of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2024 to the shareholders.In the past year,the average international oil prices dropped significantly and the sluggish global economic recovery,posing uncertainties to the energy market.Under the weak and complex busine

5、ss environment,the Groups business and financial faced hefty challenges.During the financial year,the Group recorded gross amounts from operations(“turnover”)of approximately RMB4,970 million(2023:approximately RMB7,447 million),representing a decrease of 33.3%.The loss after tax of approximately RM

6、B171 million(2023:approximately RMB28 million).The Group is currently facing some financial challenges and it is certainly a difficult time for us.However,the Group is taking a course of actions to resolve our financial difficulties.It is a process that requires time and effort,but we have taken nec
