4、nt the audited results of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2019 to the shareholders.During the year,the international oil prices continued to fluctuate as a result of the increasing supply and weakening demand and the slowdown in global economic growth.Domestically,China government consistently

5、 implemented energy reform policies by announcing a series of publications on natural gas market reform and environmental protection policies to intensify the development of the natural gas market.Along with the increasing volatilities in the international oil and gas markets and further structural

6、changes in energy consumption in China,the Groups business had,during the year,faced fierce competitions and challenges.During the financial year,the Group recorded consolidated turnover of approximately RMB8,553 million(2018:approximately RMB8,150 million),representing a year-on-year increase of 4.
