3、akeholders to jointly build a sustainable future.The ESG Governance Structure and StrategyThe Group has established the ESG Taskforce(the“Taskforce”).The Taskforce comprises core members from the Groups different departments and is responsible for collecting relevant information on its ESG aspects f

4、or preparing the ESG Report.The Taskforce reports to the Board of Directors(the“Board”),assists in identifying and evaluating the Groups ESG risks and the effectiveness of the internal control mechanisms.The Taskforce also examines and evaluates its performances in different aspects such as environm

5、ent,health and safety,labour standards and product responsibilities in the ESG aspects.The Board sets up a general direction for the Groups ESG strategies,ensuring the effectiveness on the control of ESG risks and internal control mechanisms.Reporting Framework and PrinciplesThe Report has been prep
