2、 home(18%).Though final sizes often remain modest,with 2 in 5 renovated bathrooms between 5 and 9.99 square metres(40%)and a similar share under 5 square metres(39%).Style&Deterioration Motivate RenovationsWhile functional upgrades remain essential,over half renovated due to deterioration or breakdo
3、wns,but notably the share has dropped from 59%to 51%.Style updates are also a key driver,with 35%seeking a more appealing look and 28%personalising a recent home purchase.Majority Still Seek Pro HelpNearly 9 in 10 homeowners(89%)brought in professionals for their projects.Tradespeople(51%),bathroom
