4、).The AMRO ACV team was headed by Dr Sumio Ishikawa,Group Head and Lead Economist.The ACV members were Dr Thi Kim Cuc Nguyen,Country Economist for Indonesia;Mr Akifumi Fujii,Economist;Ms Wanwisa(May)Vorranikulkij,Senior Economist;Mr Ginanjar Wibowo,Economist;Dr Vu Thanh Trung,Associate Economist;Mr
