3、nt where all our people can thrive.A key priority for us is to minimise the pay gap between men and women in our business and to create a gender-balanced leadership team.We have committed to increasing the number of women in executive positions to meet,and exceed,a target of 45%by 2025.This is a met
4、ric that all senior leaders across dentsu globally have in their annual KPIs.While we continue to make strides that create meaningful change for our people,we know we still have a lot to do.Our ongoing actions to increase diverse representation at senior levels will help us to close our pay gaps.We
5、are working hard with our leaders and teams,with our diversity networks,and with our clients to listen,learn and improve.We welcome the Australian Governments move to increase transparency around pay and the gender pay gap.Pay gap reporting is a pivotal step on our journey for equality.We are commit
