12、ployees will be significant.The resulting impact on businesses,employers,and employees are enormous.Recruiters face increasing uncertainty,but this isnt new.The employment industry has felt like a rollercoaster in recent years,from the COVID-19 outbreak and the post-pandemic boom to the Great Resign
13、ation.How are people reacting?Employees demand greater flexibility in where,when,and how they work but arent(yet)demanding higher wages.Bosses are grasping the purse strings tighter,consolidating their position.Industry insiders have described this as the“Great Hesitation”with recruitment freezes an
