2、hat 22nd Century Group has been public now for just over two and a half years.The company went public on January 25,2011 with fewer than 60 shareholders and now we have nearly 800.22nd Century Group has achieved many milestones since then,but I believe we have only just begun in terms of building sh

3、areholder value.Stemming from 111 issued patents and 38 pending patent applications,our technology allows us to produce our proprietary tobacco to fulfill 22nd Centurys mission of developing and commercializing:(i)consumer-acceptable reduced risk tobacco products for those who do not desire to quit

4、smoking and(ii)a prescription-based smoking cessation aid consisting of a kit of very low nicotine(VLN)cigarettes for those who desire to quit.These two distinct business lines are segregated in our wholly owned subsidiaries,Goodrich Tobacco Company and Hercules Pharmaceuticals.You,of course,have th
